Pricing questions

Before you ask.

Why do some prices say “Quoted”?

We publish a price only once it is final. Until then, every setup is quoted after a short call about how your restaurant takes inquiries today.

Is there a one-time setup fee?

Yes. Setup covers building your branded LeadForm, loading your packages and menus, and connecting your email. The subscription is monthly.

Is hardware included?

No. Kitchen display software runs on any browser or smart TV you already own. Screens we supply are quoted separately and are a one-time cost.

Can I keep my current event software?

Yes. Tier 1 is built for that: ComfortCater captures and qualifies the inquiry, and your team keeps booking in the system you use today.

What does “Planned” mean?

It is on our roadmap but not built yet. You can tell us you are interested, and we will never bill for it before it works.

Do you have multi-location or enterprise pricing?

Multi-location administration is planned. Restaurant groups can talk to us now about a combined quote.
